Bank Mandiri reaches interim dividend cum date

PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. has reached the cum date for its interim dividend distribution in the regular and negotiation markets on September 15, 2026. The recording date for determining eligible shareholders is set for September 17, 2026, with dividend payments scheduled to be disbursed on October 2, 2026.

According to information from the Indonesia Stock Exchange, the total interim dividend to be distributed is approximately Rp6.16 trillion, or Rp66 per share. This decision was approved by the Board of Commissioners following a proposal from the Board of Directors on September 3, 2026. Bank Mandiri Finance & Strategy Director Novita Widya Anggraini stated that the interim dividend is part of the company's commitment to providing sustainable added value and appreciation to shareholders, reflecting the bank's solid fundamentals and strong capital position.
