Bank Mandiri Taspen expands partnership with West Java to boost civil‑servant pension services

Bank Mandiri Taspen and PT Taspen (Persero) have deepened their partnership with the West Java provincial government, led by Governor Dedi Mulyadi, to improve the delivery of pension and old‑age savings benefits for civil servants and retirees. The collaboration was highlighted in a meeting in Jakarta where symbolic handovers of JHT and pension benefits were made to the governor.

Branch Manager of Taspen, Eko Andryanto Prakasa, said the joint effort aims to make services faster, more inclusive and easier to access, reinforcing the bank’s role as a strategic partner for the pension program. The arrangement builds on previous cooperation that supplied pension and Tabungan Hari Tua (THT) benefits to Governor Mulyadi during his tenures as Purwakarta regent and later as a member of the House of Representatives.

Officials from Bank Mandiri Taspen, including Distribution Head Bagus Ahmad Irawanto, affirmed the commitment to continue expanding financial services tailored to the needs of pensioners, aligning with the West Java provincial government's support for civil‑servant welfare.
