Bank Mandiri Taspen implements RCEO structure in 10 regions

PT Bank Mandiri Taspen has officially launched 10 new regional offices under a new leadership structure known as Regional Chief Executive Officer (RCEO). This strategic organizational transformation aims to foster adaptive and sustainable business growth across Indonesia.

During the launch event held in Jakarta, President Director Panji Irawan explained that the RCEO model is designed to strengthen regional leadership and delegate authority in a measurable way. The goal is to enable faster decision-making, stronger collaboration, and more responsive services tailored to the specific business needs and developments of each region.

Irawan emphasized that the implementation is not intended to extend company bureaucracy. Instead, it serves to bring coordination and accountability closer to the regions. Under this new structure, RCEOs will act as regional business leaders responsible for profit and loss, service quality, portfolio management, ecosystem development, and human resources.
