Bank Neo Commerce and Bayan Resources announce leadership changes

PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk (BBYB) has announced a restructuring of its board of directors following an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on October 29, 2026. Christian Lesmana has been appointed as the new President Director, succeeding Eri Budiono, who resigned. Additionally, Yosea Iskandar has been named Compliance Director to strengthen risk mitigation. These appointments are subject to approval by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) through a fit and proper test. Adrian Soewardjo is currently serving as the Acting President Director during this transition.

Separately, PT Bayan Resources Tbk (BYAN) has scheduled an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders for November 23, 2026. The meeting will address proposed changes to the composition of both the Board of Directors and the Board of Commissioners. The company has not yet disclosed the specific names of the individuals involved in these changes.
