Bank Neo Commerce appoints Christian Lesmana as President Director

PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk (BNC) held an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPSLB) in Jakarta on October 29, 2026. During the meeting, shareholders approved the appointment of Christian Lesmana as President Director, succeeding Eri Budiono, whose resignation was also accepted.

Additionally, Yosea Iskandar was appointed as Compliance Director. The company stated that these leadership changes are strategic moves intended to strengthen corporate governance, improve decision-making effectiveness, and support sustainable business targets. The new appointments will take effect following approval from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) through a fit and proper test.
