Bank of America exceeds 3% voting threshold in Umicore shareholding
Bank of America Corporation notified Umicore that its combined direct voting rights and equivalent financial instruments crossed the 3% legal threshold several times in July 2026. On 22 July the holding rose to 3.03% (0.19% direct votes, 2.84% equivalents). On 23 July it fell slightly to 2.99% (0.15% direct votes, 2.85% equivalents). On 24 July it rose again to 3.04% (0.16% direct votes, 2.87% equivalents).
The notifications were sent to Umicore on 24 July for the 22 July and 23 July events and on 28 July for the 24 July event, in compliance with Article 14 of the Belgian Law of 2 May 2007 on disclosure of significant shareholdings.
