Bank of America raises Merck price target to $141 as analysts upgrade Kilroy Realty

Bank of America increased its price objective for Merck & Co. (NYSE:MRK) from $130.00 to $141.00 and reaffirmed a "buy" rating, indicating a potential upside of nearly 10%. The pharmaceutical firm reported fourth‑quarter earnings of $1.28 EPS, revenue of $16.29 billion and set FY 2026 guidance of $5.04‑$5.16 EPS.

Separately, Kilroy Realty Corp. (NYSE:KRC) saw several analyst actions. Bank of America upgraded the REIT from "neutral" to "buy" and lifted its target price to $44.00. Other firms issued mixed ratings and price targets ranging from $33.00 to $44.00. Director Jolie Hunt sold 15,800 shares at an average of $37.79, reducing her stake by about 53%.
