Bank of Palestine receives two MEIRA awards for investor relations

Bank of Palestine has received two awards from the Middle East Investor Relations Association (MEIRA) for 2026. The recognition was announced during MEIRA’s 19th annual conference held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The bank was awarded the ‘Silver Standard Certificate’ for its efforts in enhancing transparency, disclosure, and governance. Additionally, Catherine Halta, Head of the Investor Relations Department, won the ‘MEIRA Champion 2026’ award for her professional contributions to the investor relations community in the region.

Mahmoud Al Shawa, General Manager of Bank of Palestine, stated that the bank views investor relations as a fundamental component for building trust and aligning investor expectations with the bank’s vision and performance. He noted that the achievement reflects a corporate culture focused on continuous development and international best practices.
