Bank of Palestine supports emergency training for local authorities

Bank of Palestine has sponsored a specialized training workshop focused on first aid and emergency response for local authorities in Palestine. Held in collaboration with the Ministry of Local Government, the workshop opened at the Military Training Authority in Jericho.

The initiative aims to enhance the capabilities and readiness of local bodies to handle emergency situations, improving response speeds and citizen services. Mohammad Shawar, CEO of Bank of Palestine, stated that the bank views its social responsibility as a real partnership in issues affecting citizen safety and emphasized the importance of investing in human capacity and preparedness.
