Bank Pekao hosts Open Day for Successors School project

Bank Pekao S.A., in collaboration with Mariański Group and Values, is hosting an Open Day for the ‘Szkoła Sukcesorów’ (Successors School) project on September 9. The initiative is designed to support the next generation of owners in family businesses, a sector that forms a significant part of Polish entrepreneurship.

The program aims to prepare successors for the complex process of business succession, which involves managing wealth, developing enterprises, and maintaining family relationships. The educational project focuses on developing essential competencies for responsible ownership, including strategic investment decision-making and the transfer of values and knowledge to ensure long-term business continuity.
