Bank Rakyat Indonesia expands financial inclusion and MSME support
Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) is expanding its economic impact through two primary initiatives: the BRILink Agent network and the BRIncubator 2026 program.
As of June 2026, the BRILink Agent network has grown to 1.13 million agents serving more than 60,753 villages. During the first half of 2026, these agents recorded over 501 million transactions with a sales volume reaching Rp841 trillion. This network functions as a financial infrastructure to promote inclusion and support micro-businesses in remote areas through a sharing economy model.
Simultaneously, BRI has launched the BRIncubator 2026 program to support Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) under the Rumah BUMN BRI umbrella. The program provides structured mentorship in areas such as entrepreneurship mindset, business strategy, financial literacy, digitalization, and export opportunities. The incubator focuses on three main sectors: Food & Beverage, Fashion & Beauty, and Home Decor & Craft, aiming to prepare local businesses for global market competition.
