Bank Syariah Nasional integrates Bale Syariah with KMT Commuter Line

PT Bank Syariah Nasional (BSN) has integrated its Bale Syariah mobile banking application with PT Kereta Commuter Indonesia (KCI) Kartu Multi Trip (KMT). This integration allows commuters using the Jabodetabek Commuter Line to top up their KMT balances directly through the mobile banking app.

The digital feature was launched on Saturday, August 15, 2026, at Sudirman Station in Jakarta. BSN President Director Alex Sofjan Noor stated that the integration is a significant milestone for the national sharia banking industry, aiming to connect financial services with the mobility needs of the public.

In conjunction with this launch, BSN and KCI also introduced a special co-branded KMT edition to commemorate the 81st Independence Day of the Republic of Indonesia. The partnership between the two companies originally began in March 2026 through a memorandum of understanding and the launch of a KMT co-brand.
