Banking services offer offline options for savings accounts

Financial consumers have options for managing savings and interest-bearing accounts without relying on internet banking. For those preferring personal or telephone interactions, certain banks offer call-based account management or branch-based services for call and fixed-term deposit accounts. While many institutions are reducing their physical branch networks, telephone banking remains a viable alternative for managing funds and checking balances.

Despite the European Central Bank maintaining interest rates in July, interest rates for call and fixed-term deposits have seen increases due to new providers and promotional offers. Some institutions, such as Commerzbank, have also utilized promotional interest rates tied to specific events.
