Banreservas and Mastercard launch new commercial card for SMEs

Banreservas and Mastercard have launched the Mastercard Comercial Banreservas, a new credit card specifically designed for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and corporate clients in the Dominican Republic.

Introduced in Santiago, the product aims to provide business owners with tools for better financial administration, including financing, protection, and specialized services. The card is available in three modalities: for SMEs with ID (cédula), SMEs with Tax ID (RNC), and corporate clients. Key features include the bank’s loyalty plan, purchase protection, cashback, LinkedIn Business Premium, and access to My Cyber Risk.

Leonardo Aguilera, Executive President of Banreservas, stated that the tool is intended to help clients operate with greater efficiency and respond more agilely to operational needs. The launch in Santiago highlights the city's economic importance within the Cibao region.
