Banreservas provides RD$200 million in financing for Dominican housing project

Banreservas has granted more than RD$200 million in financing for the acquisition of apartments in the Paraíso Oriental residential project (Las Acacias II). The second stage of the development was delivered by President Luis Abinader, benefiting 97 Dominican families.

The loans feature a fixed annual interest rate of 8% for seven years. This initiative is part of a broader effort to support housing access and reduce the national housing deficit through collaboration between the bank, the Ministry of Housing, Habitat and Buildings (MIVHED), and the private sector.
