Banten Information Commission evaluates Cilegon transparency

The Banten Provincial Information Commission conducted a monitoring and evaluation visit to the Cilegon City Government to assess public information transparency. Led by Chairman Imron Mahrus, the commission reviewed various documents, including procurement records and mayoral regulations, to determine the city's transparency ranking.

While no major issues were noted, the commission encouraged the Cilegon government to improve public information services, particularly through social media, to ensure better engagement with the community. The final ranking, which will categorize the city's performance as informative or otherwise, is pending a plenary session.
