Banten launches Banten CorpU to reform provincial bureaucracy

The Banten Provincial Government has officially launched the Banten Corporate University (Banten CorpU) to accelerate bureaucratic reform and enhance the quality of human resources within the government. The launch took place in Pandeglang during the closing of the National Leadership Training (PKN) Level II.

Banten Regional Secretary Deden Apriandhi stated that Banten CorpU is designed to transform the regional bureaucracy from a hierarchical-administrative culture into one that is more adaptive, collaborative, and performance-based. The program aims to create a learning organization where civil servants (ASN) are encouraged to innovate and adapt to changing times.

In a related effort to promote well-being among civil servants, Deden Apriandhi also participated in the Gemilang Korpri Night Run 2026 in Tangerang. He emphasized the importance of physical fitness and social solidarity for civil servants to maintain their spirit of service to the community.
