PT Energi Mega Persada Tbk plans Rp4.1 trillion rights issue

PT Energi Mega Persada Tbk (ENRG), an energy company under the Bakrie Group, has updated its rights issue plan to issue approximately 13.3 billion new shares at an execution price of Rp310 per share, with a 2:1 ratio.

The corporate action aims to raise Rp4.1 trillion, which will be used to fund exploration well drilling, facility development and maintenance, and working capital through loans to several subsidiaries. PT Shima Global Kapital, the controlling entity, will transfer its rights to PT Bakrie Kalila Investment. Additionally, PT Bakrie Kalila Investment and PT Bakrie Capital Indonesia will act as standby buyers for a maximum of 9.92 billion shares worth Rp3 trillion. The rights issue period is scheduled to take place from October 8 to October 21, 2026.
