Banyan Group Residences to host Phuket luxury property sales event in London

Banyan Group Residences, the property development division of Banyan Group, will host its first London sales event on October 7 and 8, 2026. The event, held at the London Hilton on Park Lane, aims to introduce its Phuket-based Banyan Tree Beach Residences collection to UK buyers.

The collection features several exclusive developments, including Nerea, which offers six yacht-inspired three-bedroom duplexes, and Oceanus, which consists of sixteen beachfront residences on Bangtao Beach. The company reported record sales in the first half of the year, noting that international buyers are increasingly seeking properties in Phuket for lifestyle diversification and long-term ownership in a resilient tourism market.

Stuart Reading, Managing Director of Banyan Group Residences, stated that international buyers are looking for destinations that combine lifestyle, long-term appeal, and proven infrastructure. Banyan Group Residences was ranked first in Asia and fifth globally in the Savills 2025-26 Branded Residences annual report.
