Banyan Group Residences to showcase Phuket properties in Dubai

Banyan Group Residences, the property development arm of Banyan Group, will host a sales event in Dubai on October 23 and 24, 2026. The event, held at the Banyan Tree Dubai Business Center in Bluewaters, aims to showcase six developments from the Laguna Phuket collection.

The showcase follows a period of record first-half sales for the company, specifically within the luxury segment. Middle East sales have reportedly increased 4.5 times as international buyers seek long-term ownership and lifestyle opportunities in Phuket’s resilient tourism market.

Featured properties include the Banyan Tree Beach Residences Mazu, which offers beachfront villas on Bang Tao Beach, the yacht-inspired Nerea duplexes, and the Oceanus beachfront residences.
