Baptiste horror game announced for PS5, Xbox, Switch 2, and PC

Digital Dreams and Spanish indie studio Firenut Games have released a new gameplay trailer for their upcoming survival horror title, Baptiste. The game is scheduled for release on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PC via Steam, and Nintendo Switch 2.

The narrative follows a boy named Tom and his mother, Sara, who move to Jagged Shore Cliff following a family tragedy. The story centers on an unsettling doll named Baptiste, which Tom releases from a glass display case despite an ominous warning. This act triggers a series of inexplicable and terrifying events within their new home.

Designed to emphasize atmospheric tension and psychological depth over frequent jump scares, the game draws inspiration from horror icons like Annabelle and R. L. Stine’s 'Night of the Living Dummy', as well as titles such as 'P.T.', 'Layers of Fear', and 'Outlast'. Players will explore an isolated mansion, solving puzzles and gathering clues to uncover the secrets of the doll and the trauma affecting the family.
