Bar da Rosângela participates in 2nd Botecando Festival

Ponto Certo Lanches, popularly known as Bar da Rosângela, is participating in the 2nd Botecando Festival with its signature dish, ‘Paleta das Gerais’. The establishment has been a fixture in Mariana since 1987, serving as a community gathering point near Praça Gomes Freire.

The festival entry features beef stewed in wine and herbs, served with mandioquinha in bottle butter and toasted cornmeal farofa. The farofa is prepared using corn artisanally ground by the owner's mother. The dish aims to provide an experience of traditional Minas Gerais home cooking. Voting for the festival concludes on Wednesday, the 28th.
