Bar Italia to perform solo show in São Paulo

British indie rock trio Bar Italia will perform a solo show in São Paulo on September 25, 2026, at Casa Rockambole. The performance, organized by Balaclava Records, serves as a prelude to the Balaclava Fest, where the band is scheduled to appear on September 26.

Formed in London in 2019, the group consists of Nina Cristante, Sam Fenton, and Jezmi Tarik Fehmi. The band is known for a minimalist sound influenced by 80s post-punk and 90s indie rock. After gaining critical acclaim through the World Music label, they signed with Matador Records in 2023. Their recent work includes the 2025 self-produced album ‘Some Like It Hot’.

Tickets for the solo show are available via the Ingresse platform, with physical sales available at Takkø Café in Vila Buarque. The upcoming Balaclava Fest will also feature artists such as Blonde Redhead, DIIV, Dry Cleaning, and Beach Fossils.
