Baran discusses media transformation at YOBÜ

Baran, a 2024 graduate of the Faculty of Communication, met with students at YOBÜ to discuss the evolution of media. During the program titled “Being in Front of the Camera: From Presenting to Content Creation,” Baran detailed the transition from traditional media to digital content creation.

He noted that traditional presenting relies on flawless diction, zero error tolerance, and the use of prompters, where the presenter acts as a conduit for institutional texts. In contrast, the digital era has empowered content creators to develop their own news, scripts, and editorial policies. Baran emphasized that modern audiences prioritize sincerity, transparency, and interaction over perfection.
