Barbara D'Urso returns to theater and dismisses Ballando jury rumors

Italian TV presenter Barbara D'Urso announced on social media that she will return to the stage with a new theatrical show titled “Barbaramente”. The production, directed by Chiara Noschese, is scheduled for April 14, 2027 at the Teatro Acacia in Naples and for April 19, 2027 at the Teatro Giorgio Gaber in Milan.

At the same time, media outlets have reported speculation that D'Urso might join the jury of Rai’s dance competition Ballando con le Stelle. D'Urso publicly denied any ongoing negotiations, and the network rejected claims that she would replace current juror Selvaggia Lucarelli. The rumours have also mentioned other possible candidates, such as Alberto Matano, but no formal decision has been announced.
