Barbara Eden clarifies health status after film festival cancellation

Actress Barbara Eden has provided a health update following her last-minute cancellation at the Cinecon Classic Film Festival in Los Angeles. While festival organizers initially stated she was unable to attend due to a ‘sudden illness,’ Eden clarified via social media that she is not suffering from a serious illness.

Eden explained that the cancellation was due to discomfort caused by side effects from a newly prescribed medication. She noted that her doctor ordered her to remain at home until the issue is resolved, describing the situation as a ‘speed bump.’

Her Cinecon Legacy Award was accepted on her behalf by her former co-star, Pat Boone.
