Barbara Eden makes public appearance in Los Angeles

Actress Barbara Eden, best known for her role in the 1960s sitcom ‘I Dream of Jeannie’, appeared at The Hollywood Show in Los Angeles. The 95-year-old star met with fans at the pop culture expo following a recent health scare.

Earlier in September, Eden had to withdraw from the Cinecon Classic Film Festival due to what organizers described as a sudden illness. Eden later clarified on social media that the cancellation was due to side effects from a newly prescribed medication, stating, ‘It’s OK everyone! I’m OK!’ and describing the situation as ‘just a speedbump.’

While she was unable to attend the festival in person, she was still honored with the Cinecon Legacy Award, which was accepted on her behalf by her former co-star Pat Boone.
