Barbara launches first self-managed real estate project in São Paulo

After 40 years of working alongside partner developers in São Paulo, the construction company Barbara is entering a new phase by managing its own real estate incorporations. The company has launched the Clér Henrique Monteiro, its first project to be fully conducted by the firm from initial conception and incorporation through to construction and final delivery.

The new residential development is located in the Pinheiros district on Rua Henrique Monteiro. This location follows the company's recent completion of the Praça Henrique Monteiro, a mixed-use complex that houses the Pulso boutique hotel.

By integrating incorporation and construction under a single structure, Barbara aims to increase its influence over decisions made prior to the construction phase. This approach seeks to ensure coherence between the architectural design, engineering, landscaping, and the final resident experience.
