Barcelona hosts immersive Salvador Dalí exhibition at Casa Amatller

A new immersive exhibition titled ‘Dalí Boulevard Cibernètic’ is set to open on September 16 at Casa Amatller in Barcelona. Located on Passeig de Gràcia, the project is a collaboration between the digital creation studio Layers of Reality and the Fundació Gala-Dalí.

The exhibition will occupy 1,200 square meters and aims to provide a permanent recognition of Salvador Dalí’s work within the city. The experience combines historical artifacts with advanced digital technology. Visitors can view original items, such as a cane used by Dalí as a crutch, alongside high-resolution digital reproductions of his jewelry and fashion designs, including a turquoise dress conceptualized with Christian Dior.

The exhibit also features a 24-minute immersive segment that explores the scientific and mathematical foundations of Dalí’s most iconic paintings, covering themes such as nuclear physics, quantum mechanics, geometry, and DNA structure.
