Barcelona hosts major technology exhibition and international boat show

The “Tecnologia [in]visible” exhibition, organized by Mobile World Capital Barcelona and the Generalitat de Catalunya, opened on 12 June at Palau Robert in Barcelona. By 29 July it had attracted 17,813 visitors, more than double the same period a year earlier, and will remain free to the public until 27 September. The exhibition traces two decades of connectivity, showcases digital applications such as connected driving, smart banking and robotic assistance, and invites visitors to reflect on the future impact of technology.

From 14 to 18 October the Salón Náutico International returns to Barcelona’s Port Vell. The show will feature more than 240 ports, marinas and related facilities in a new covered pavilion called “Marinas & Harbour Facilities”, under the motto “SeaMotion”. It will also include diving, shopping and water‑sports zones, aiming to boost nautical tourism and promote innovation within the maritime sector.
