Barcelona municipal agencies announce new job openings

The Barcelona City Council’s public‑sector company Barcelona Serveis Municipals (BSM) has posted 16 temporary vacancies for work at several city attractions, including the Barcelona Zoo, Park Güell, Tibidabo amusement park, and the Port Olímpic marina. Positions range from zoo caretaker and educator to visitor‑service staff at Park Güell, ride operators at Tibidabo, and a maritime auxiliary role at the Port.

The Museu d'Art Modern – Museu d'Art Contemporani de Barcelona (Baluard) has reopened a recruitment drive for a temporary collection technician in its Artistic Area. The role involves conservation tasks, catalogue management, coordination of loans and exhibitions, and oversight of environmental conditions for artworks.

Both organisations emphasize the temporary nature of the contracts and the requirement for relevant education or experience, inviting applicants from within Spain or the EU.
