Bardeli joins Levante; Villa pursues Almería midfielder Lopy
Midfielder Enzo Bardeli, who played four seasons for Dunkerque in Ligue 2 with 152 appearances, 21 goals and 19 assists, has agreed to a three‑year contract with Spanish club Levante UD. The move, set to be completed after a medical, will see Bardeli leave Dunkerque on a free transfer, a significant loss for the French side with no compensation.
Senegal international Dion Lopy, a key defensive midfielder for Almería, has attracted interest from Premier League club Aston Villa. Reports indicate Villa offered €17 million, but Almería, which has a contract with Lopy until 2029, is seeking around €20 million. The English club may need to raise its bid to secure the 24‑year‑old's services for the upcoming transfer window.
