Senegal international Dion Lopy, a key defensive midfielder for Almería, has attracted interest from Premier League club Aston Villa. Reports indicate Villa offered €17 million, but Almería, which has a contract with Lopy until 2029, is seeking around €20 million. The English club may need to raise its bid to secure the 24‑year‑old's services for the upcoming transfer window.
