Bardo introduces property tax exemptions to attract investors
The municipality of Bardo has introduced a new initiative to attract investors and stimulate job creation through property tax exemptions. The Bardo Town Council approved a resolution proposed by Mayor Marta Ptasińska that links tax relief directly to employment growth.
Under the new scheme, companies that create at least five new jobs are eligible for a 24-month exemption from property taxes. Businesses that create at least ten new jobs can receive the exemption for up to 36 months.
This measure is part of a broader effort to increase the economic attractiveness of the region. While Bardo is primarily known for tourism in the Bardzkie Mountains, local authorities are actively seeking to expand the area's business offerings. The municipality highlights its strategic location near national road No. 8 and its proximity to the Wrocław–Prague railway line as key advantages for potential investors.
