Bares für Rares seller unable to reverse sale of deer relief

A participant on the ZDF show ‘Bares für Rares’ was unable to reverse a sale after experiencing second thoughts regarding the value of a deer relief.

Werner Kanthak brought the item to the show with an initial asking price of 90 euros. Although expert Sven Deutschmanek estimated a value of at least 150 euros, the item eventually sold to dealer Susanne Steiger for 250 euros. Following the filming, Kanthak attempted to contact Steiger to cancel the transaction, but the sale was final. Steiger subsequently restored and resold the object.
