Bari assigns 11 production lots in Santa Caterina area
The administration of Bari has signed the first acceptance documents for companies awarded 11 production lots within the Santa Caterina Productive Settlement Plan (PIP). This administrative step follows a management decision made in June to assign ownership rights for the lots located in the Santa Caterina area, a zone designated for type B productive activities.
The initiative aims to attract new investments and foster economic growth within the city and the surrounding territory. Over the next thirty days, municipal offices will proceed with signing preliminary contracts with the winning companies. Following this, companies can begin the process for obtaining a single authorization permit, which will allow them to commence construction activities on their assigned lots.
Assignments were made according to the final ranking established during the bidding process. Should any lots remain unassigned, the administration will evaluate requests from other participants who applied for specific plots but were not successful in the initial tender.
