Bari hosts Sovranaturale event for natural and artisanal wines
The second edition of Sovranaturale will take place in Bari from October 24 to 26, 2026, focusing on the growing movement of natural and artisanal wines. Organized by the Brevi Manu association with support from the Municipality of Bari and the University of Bari Aldo Moro, the event will be held at Spazio Murat and the former Mercato del Pesce.
More than 40 European producers are expected to participate, showcasing wines characterized by minimal intervention, spontaneous fermentation, and respect for biodiversity. The event aims to highlight the connection between the land, the winemaker, and the final product, moving away from the standardization of conventional production. Featured producers include Pierre Frick from Alsace, as well as local Puglian viticulturists such as Monte e Di Palma, Nicola Siriaco, and Sergio Elia.
