Bari implements maintenance for schools and nurseries

The city of Bari has undertaken approximately 800 routine maintenance interventions in municipal schools and nurseries since the beginning of June. These works, carried out by Barimultiservizi, are scheduled to continue until the start of the new school year to take advantage of the summer break.

Maintenance activities include painting, repairing doors and windows, updating plumbing and electrical systems, and servicing air conditioning units. In addition to these routine tasks, the municipality has launched an extraordinary plan worth 2.77 million euros. This funding is designated for 130 municipal school buildings and will focus on priorities such as upgrading school canteens and waterproofing interventions.
