Bari police arrest two suspects after anti‑mafia raid linked to city shootings

The State Police in Bari carried out an anti‑mafia operation on 27 July 2026, detaining two individuals suspected of involvement in recent shootings in the Carrassi and Libertà districts. The arrests followed an intensive investigation by the Directorate of the District Anti‑Mafia of Bari, which linked the firearm incidents to organized‑crime groups.
