Bari publishes provisional ranking for family caregiver support

The Municipality of Bari has published the provisional ranking for a public notice regarding financial support for family caregivers. The initiative, funded by the Puglia Region, provides a one-time contribution of 500 euros to individuals assisting non-self-sufficient family members suffering from illness, infirmity, or disability.

The total available budget for this measure is 163,185.55 euros. Beneficiaries include spouses, civil union partners, cohabitants, and relatives up to the second degree, as well as certain third-degree relatives under specific conditions. To qualify, the person receiving care must be recognized as disabled and entitled to an accompaniment allowance.

Alongside the ranking, the municipality has released lists of excluded applicants, including the specific reasons for exclusion. Individuals wishing to file a formal complaint regarding the provisional ranking must do so via PEC by October 10. A final ranking will be approved following the review of any appeals.
