Barid Al-Maghrib joins National Information Access Portal

Barid Al-Maghrib has officially joined the National Portal for the Right of Access to Information (PNDAI) following a partnership agreement signed in Rabat. The convention was signed by Omar Seghrouchni, President of the Commission for the Right of Access to Information (CDAI), and Amin Benjelloun Touimi, Director General of the Barid Al-Maghrib Group.

The partnership aims to modernize public services and enhance transparency by facilitating the exercise of information access rights. Managed by the CDAI, the digital platform allows Moroccan citizens and legally resident foreigners to submit and track information requests and related complaints in accordance with Law No. 31.13.

For Barid Al-Maghrib, this integration is part of a broader digital transformation strategy intended to simplify administrative procedures and improve service quality. The portal also provides participating organizations with monitoring and evaluation indicators to measure request processing performance and identify areas for improvement.
