Bariloche a la Carta fair showcases Patagonian regional products
The 13th edition of the Bariloche a la Carta (BALC) gastronomic fair is currently taking place in San Carlos de Bariloche, Patagonia, running from October 9 to 12. The event features approximately 200 regional producers exhibiting a wide variety of goods, including liqueurs, spices, teas, alfajores, trout, and gin.
Villa La Angostura is represented by ten local enterprises, including Sendero de Lupinos, Séptimo Becú, and Savia Bruta, among others. Supported by the local municipality, these entrepreneurs aim to access new markets and strengthen the regional economy by showcasing the quality of Patagonian production to thousands of visitors.
The fair serves as a critical commercial platform for small and medium-sized producers to establish contacts with potential clients and merchants. Notable participants include artisanal tea producers from the Raku brand, who are using the event to launch new products such as sugar-free canned iced tea.
