Baritalia 2026 heads to Bologna for recipe contest and bartender masterclass

The fourth stop of the Baritalia 2026 tour will take place in Bologna on 28 September. Bartenders and out‑of‑home hospitality professionals can submit a cocktail recipe by 6 September for a chance to win one of 15 spots in the final, scheduled for 23 November in Milan. The event will feature masterclasses, challenges, networking opportunities and a focus on the “Ultra” theme – encouraging concise, high‑quality, five‑ingredient creations that balance intensity with control.
