Barking: Four-year-old girl dies after falling from tower block

A four-year-old girl has died following a fall from a tower block in Barking, East London. Emergency services, including the London Ambulance Service and London's air ambulance, responded to St Pauls Road at approximately 11:00 am on Saturday, October 24.

Paramedics administered first aid at the scene before transporting the child to a major trauma centre, where she later succumbed to her injuries. The Metropolitan Police have launched an investigation into the circumstances of the fall but stated that the incident is not currently believed to be suspicious. No arrests have been made. Authorities have appealed to anyone with information to contact the police.
