Barquisimeto hosts II Unified State Swimming Championship

The II Unified State Swimming Championship ADAEL 2026 was held at the Bolivarian Pools Complex in Barquisimeto from August 13 to 15. The event featured 140 swimmers representing 13 clubs from across the state, competing in various categories and distances to test their technical skills.

The Institute of Sport in the state of Lara (IDEL) reported that the championship was characterized by impeccable technical and logistical organization. The competition serves as a milestone for both mass participation and high-performance local swimming, preparing athletes for upcoming regional and national commitments.
