Barra Chalaca introduces new executive lunch menu in Buenos Aires

Barra Chalaca, a Peruvian cuisine establishment created by chef Gastón Acurio, has introduced an executive lunch menu in Buenos Aires. The menu is available Monday through Friday from 12:30 to 17:00 at its locations in Palermo and Belgrano.

Options include appetizers such as cebichito chalaco, empanada chalaca, corn cakes, or nikkei wantan. Main courses feature various sandwiches, including beef loin, squid calamari, shrimp, or milanesa, as well as stir-fried noodles and milanesa with huancaína sauce. The menu includes water, with an option to add wine for an additional cost. The restaurant's atmosphere is inspired by the traditional seafood bars of the Port of Callao.
