Brazil municipalities advance infrastructure and legislative projects

Various municipal infrastructure and legislative projects are underway across several Brazilian cities. In Várzea Grande, revitalization work has resumed at the Nossa Senhora da Guia Parish, with an investment of R$ 1,763,878.55 and a projected completion date of February 2027. Additionally, the Paiaguás neighborhood is undergoing a R$ 10 million infrastructure overhaul involving drainage and paving across 45 streets to support local commerce.

In Cuiabá, municipal teams have worked to clear sewage networks and address damaged piping in the Jardim Gramado neighborhood. Meanwhile, in Duque de Caxias, city councilors have approved legislation regarding municipal social security debt installments and the naming of a public leisure space, while also addressing requests for increased security monitoring and sanitation improvements.
