The Barra Funda Bus Terminal in São Paulo serves as a major transportation hub, accommodating approximately 40,000 passengers daily. Inaugurated in 1989, the 17,700 m² facility features 40 platforms for boarding and disembarking, operated by 34 different companies connecting various regions of Brazil.

To facilitate passenger needs, the terminal provides several amenities, including waiting areas, snack bars, shops, restrooms, luggage storage, and ATMs. Security is maintained through a CCTV system. The terminal also offers customer support via dedicated channels such as a 0800 service number, WhatsApp, and an ombudsman (Ouvidoria) for complaints, suggestions, and inquiries.
