Barrafranca political group responds to CGARS budget ruling

The political group Ricostruire Barrafranca has issued a statement regarding a ruling by the Consiglio di Giustizia Amministrativa per la Regione Siciliana (CGARS) concerning the financial stability of the Municipality of Barrafranca.

While the CGARS recognized that the municipality's second budget hypothesis was submitted in a timely manner, the court did not accept challenges regarding the financial sustainability of the proposal. Consequently, the fundamental criticisms that led to the initial negative judgment on the budget rebalancing process remain unresolved, leaving significant financial issues for the Sicilian Region to address.
