Barranqueras: Governor Zdero reopens SOTAI 6 protection center

Governor Leandro Zdero has inaugurated the renovated SOTAI 6 center in Barranqueras, a facility dedicated to the protection and care of girls and adolescents under the provincial rights protection system.

The center, which provides 24-hour support and interdisciplinary care, had previously been closed and in a state of deterioration. It had been shuttered since July 2023. The renovation aims to restore the facility to full operation, ensuring adequate infrastructure for the residents.

Minister of Human Development Diego Gutiérrez noted that the recovery of the building, which was originally constructed in 2015, is a significant step in utilizing provincial assets to serve vulnerable youth.
