Barranquilla to host second Cantores Killeros parade

The second edition of the Cantores Killeros – Tecnoglass parade will take place this Saturday, October 31, at the Gran Malecón in Barranquilla. The event, which features a musical procession and the distribution of over 500,000 candies, is designed as a family-oriented celebration.

The parade is scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m., traveling a route of more than 1,300 meters from the Pabellón de Cristal toward the Puerta de Oro entrance. Participants include the 2027 Carnival of the Children royalty, Isabella Daes García and Pedro Alejandro Fandiño Camelo, alongside the Carnival Queen Salwa Maloof Habib and King Momo Abraham Cáceres.

Other featured performers include the Majestuosa Banda de Colombia, which will present a marching band adaptation of Michael Jackson’s ‘Thriller’, as well as various dance academies and cultural collectives. The initiative is supported by the Tecnoglass Foundation, the Mayor's Office of Barranquilla, and the Government of Atlántico.
